How it works
It sits on the path between agents and the systems they use. The systems do not change, and normal work is not held up.
It sits between agents and systems
It works with agents from different vendors and with the systems the organisation already has.
It decides before each action
The action goes ahead, waits for a person or is refused, according to the organisation's rules and limits.
It keeps evidence
Each decision is recorded in a verifiable way: who asked, on whose behalf, who approved and under which rules.
Where it runs
On the organisation's own infrastructure, connected to the systems it already has. Technical details are presented in the assessment.
What it does not do
- It does not see what does not pass through it. An action taken outside the agents' path only appears if the system reports it.
- It does not replace the ERP, the CRM or identity management: it uses what they already know.
- It does not decide whether an action is good for the business. It applies the authority the organisation has defined.
